Help with blue hair dye!?

Recently i bough the Color Fiend Toxic Turquoise hair dye from Hot Topic. Yesterday i put it in my hair and followed the directions exactly. Today, there is no blue color at all in my hair. Did anyone get this brand to work without bleaching their hair? Thanks!
