What to do with a case of cat food my kitten doesn't like?

I've been feeding my kitten Science Diet, both the dry and and tender chunks. He likes both. I decided to by a case of the minced. He nibbles at it but leaves most of it behind. Should I cut him off from the other stuff he likes better and force him to eat the minced? Or just forget about it and go with what he likes?
