Is Somalia a Model For A Better America?

Leading Republican Tea Partyers such as MIchele Bachmann have called for an end to "The Tyranny of Socialism" in America, The Republicans as a whole have vowed to dismantle Social Security, Unemployment Insurance, all entitlement programs and have repeatedly demanded 'Smaller Government.' That said, is Somalia the Model for a New America? Somalia's Government is so small it is non existent. Government Services, what Government Services? leading Republicans have decried the lack of Guns in America and have argued that they should be allowed to carry their guns into the Congress (or at least to the door), well Somalia has Guns, lots of Guns? There are very few Wealthy People in Somalia and they live in tightly guarded gated compounds, while the rest of the populace is extremely poor and scrabbles for their daily needs, isn't that what Republican Tea Party People want? Leading Republicans have called for ending regulations in Banking, Finance and similar institutions, well such regulations do not exist in Somalia, so once again, is Somalia the Model for a New America?
