Okay, one simple question...anyone can answer!?

okay, last thursday i was at my highschool football game. and i was messin around hitting and playing with one of my friends. and she punched me SOOOO hard in the chest, right above my left LOL, and then like five mins later my throat started hurting and it was really dry. and the past few days i've felt like i've had cold symptoms but i feel like i have alot of muccus in my chest and nose and my chest where she hit me kinda feels bruised.....? i mean, i don't really know the question i'm asking. but like, could her hitting me cause these symtoms? or do i just have a cold?
