Will This Crappola Work?

Hi, trying to get down to 164 lbs by September 9. I weigh 182 and am 5'7. Will this work? Eating between 1200-1720 calories per day. Lots of fruits and veggies. No junk food or pop. Elliptical for 45-60 minutes Mon, Wed, and Fri. Biking 10 miles Tue and Thur. Doing about 20 minutes of rigorous dancing Sat and Sun. I would appreciate any recommendations.
