What should I eat for lunch that is healthy? (trying to lose ten pounds)!?

Okay so for today so far I have eaten oatmeal with a banana in it but didn't eat all of it and like a half gl of smart balance one percent milk..that was breakfast. For a morning snack now I am eating fat free vanilla organic yogurt with some gs in it...I am not sure what to eat for lunch though that is healthy? Any ideas! Please help! Also is having meatloaf made with extra lean meat okay to eat for dinner with some veggies and a salad maybe? THANKS IN ADVANCED!!
