Rock and Pop: What do you think of these lyrics?

hm interesting kinda reminds me of Iced Earth a little bit, maybe mixed with some Dream Theater by the wording. But definitely not of either subgenre, as i see in the video. Truthfully, I don't know what that subgenre is.
