My ex wife wrote me that all of my emails to her are forwarded to a third party for review.?

I have decided not to respond to her emails in regards to legal concerns or in regards to anything else as well due to her decision to forward my emails. She has been vindictive in the past. I pay my support on time and meet all my obligations as a father so I have no need to write her. Is this the right decision?
