How do I respond to this? (Only answer if you are pro life)?

Ok, so I have to do a speech and I chose pro-life as my topic. My speech is tomorrow and there will be a short question seminar afterward where other students will get to ask me questions, but I need to know how to answer this question? "What if a woman is d? Shouldn't she be allowed to get an abortion?" I always answer that they will have to live with it and give birth to the child, and that God will take care of you, but some people in my LA cl are Atheists, and would not want to offend somebody tomorrow (also they obviously wouldn't believe it), Anyway, How else could I answer that? Other questions that I have decent answers for but would prefer some help on are: What if the woman would die? What if the baby would die anyway? If you can answer any of these questions it would be very helpful. Also, if you are not pro-life, I don't need you badgering me about how "wrong" I am. Thank you!
