Grill fish on george foreman grill?

i'm trying to eat healthier and i see a bunch of recipes for a bbq grill but what about the george foreman grill? can i still use foil on it or will it defeat the purpose if not on an open grill? do i close the grill or leave it open and flip it on each side? i"m just concerned about it sticking or becoming dried out. i have a delicious recipe for tilapia baked in foil but i need something a little quicker.... any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
